Hearing these people's stories is another important element to this work. Much like pawrents who have lost pets to the rainbow bridge, these senior residents are grieving their pets too and need someone who understands to hear their stories.

Goodness how sad. This woman is riddled with guilt over something that was really not her fault. You can see in her eyes just how much she feels for the feline she had to leave behind.

It dosen't even take much on the part of the catto. Sometimes just laying there and chilling is more than enough to make somebody's day, to remind them they are normal hoomans just like everybody else.
